Our hearts are saddened to hear of the passing of Thomas W. Mount on Aug. 5. The Thomas W. Mount Family Trust, through the Oconomowoc Scholarship Fund, presented the Future Leader Award to one student each year for study at UW-Madison. From 1998-2022, 25 students from the Oconomowoc area received the very generous Future Leader Award, totaling $675,000. We will forever be grateful for Mr. Mount and his support of our local students with dreams of attending UW-Madison.
